Thanks for dropping in on Calderdale MTB. This website is dedicated to those who live and or ride in Calderdale. Our aim is to build a large community of riders both male and female who can contribute and enjoy the resource. If you are simply a Sunday afternoon rider, a family or professional you are welcome here, oh by the way membership is free

There is board to trade your old bike gear, Media Library, etc etc. The site and all its contents are free to use however if you want to make a donation please feel free, If you go to your profile and click on subscriptions, you will see how to donate, as a thank you your member status changes to sponsor and you are given more access to places on the site like the ability to download GPX files and more.

I have forgotten how many times I have been out on the bike, cycled passed the same spot and admired the scenery just as much as the last time. It dosen't matter if its freezing cold, climbing one of the steepest hills the views are tremendous and inspiring. There is nothing quite like riding an epic, getting back to the car or home and thinking how much you have achieved, and although very tired there is still that massive rush of self confidence. I ride my bike for 3 reasons, 1, I bloody love riding,  2, it keeps me fit and 3 the feeling of how lucky I am to be able to ride my bike in the first place.

A local website build for local riders by local riders. Calderdale MTB is a community of bikers in the Calderdale area. That does not mean that if you don't live in Calderdale you cant join in. I know loads of riders from all over Yorkshire that love to Ride in Calderdale simply because of the amazing trails and hills we have here.
